Description: Who said spiders were creepy? Well this one was and at about the size of my hand you wouldn’t want this crawling in your hair whilst your sleeping. Taken in the hills just out of Port Vila in Vanuatu – apparently there are no poisonous insects or snakes on these islands? – this is what the locals told us – but I’ve got second thoughts!

Description: The Cascade Waterfalls just near Meelee Village in Port Vila Vanuatu, are a must visit if your are holidaying in Port Vila. It’s only around $10US entry and for a little more, included is a tour guide and fruit salad lunch. We really like Vanuatu and the Close by Tanna Island which we visited to see the Volcano Mt Yasur, I can see many future months spent exploring the Pacific Islands and recommend Vanuatu over Bali / Indonesia.
