Description: This photo of simply “grass” was taken half way between Willare Roadhouse and Broome. During the second half of the Wet Season, this grass on the side of the road ends up growing to over a couple of metres high by the time the dry season arrives.
The Kimberley is different place altogether during the wet season, the tourists have scampered and you can feel a true sense of community within all of it’s towns. You need to live in the Kimberley for entire year to truly soak up what it has to offer.
